The Ritz-Carlton Wenzhou (Zhejiang, Wenzhou): Currently under construction, this new Ritz-Carlton hotel features 222 rooms and is slated to open in 2028. Designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill (SOM) with Avalon Collective interiors, it includes a 25-meter indoor pool, 160-square-meter fitness center, Ritz-Carlton Spa, specialty and Chinese restaurants, Lobby Lounge, destination bar, banquet hall, and four multi-functional conference rooms.
