Waldorf Astoria will open a new hotel as part of a major development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, by 2026. The project’s leasable area is 400,000 sqm and the buildup area is more than 1.4 million sqm, making it one of the largest shopping and leisure destinations in the world.
