This exciting new project from the luxury hotel chain Mandarin Oriental will be located in Istanbul, in the city’s exclusive Etiler residential area. Drawing on the popularity of branded residences, the development will consist of three standalone towers, two of which will be Residences at Mandarin Oriental. The hotel will contain three restaurants and bars, a spa and fitness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and adaptable meeting spaces. The Residences will also contain resident amenities; including swimming pools, a fitness centre and beauty treatment rooms. 

Waldorf Astoria The Avenues, Riyadh 

Waldorf Astoria will open a new hotel as part of a major development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, by 2026. The project’s leasable area is 400,000 sqm and the buildup area is more than 1.4 million sqm, making it one of the largest shopping and leisure destinations in the world. The Waldorf Astoria will stand alongside neighbouring hotels from parent company Hilton, including Hilton Garden Inn, Conrad and Canopy by Hilton. 

Rosewood Hoi An 

Rosewood will debut a new hotel in Hoi An, Vietnam, a UNESCO World Heritage-listed trading port. It will be located on the beachfront, and offer guestrooms and residences with extensive wellness facilities. There will also be two restaurants, a bar, a bistro and event spaces. 

Park Hyatt Taipei 

Taipei will be receiving its first Park Hyatt hotel, with the legendary brand to launch in The Sky development. The project will be the third-tallest building in Taiwan upon completion, and the second-tallest in Taipei, at a height of 280m. The complex will also house the Andaz Taipei Hotel. 

Taj Hotel Brownfield Project, Dehradun 

This hotel, the latest from Indian-based hotelier Taj, will be strategically located off Rajpur Road. The road connects Dehradun to Mussoorie and is close to commercial areas within the city and tourist attractions. The project is a Brownfield project, meaning it is located on land already in use. The hotel will feature over 8,000 sq. ft of banquet space and several additional facilities. This includes a spa, swimming pool, and fitness centre.
