ibis Styles Benidorm Cala Marina (Benidorm, Comunidad Valenciana): Scheduled to open in Q3 2026, this 131-room ibis Styles hotel will emerge from the renovation and rebranding of the existing Hotel Calas Marina. The refurbishment project will introduce the playful, design-led ibis Styles concept to Benidorm. Located on Calle Asturias, the hotel will be managed by DG Invest and adds further depth to Benidorm’s evolving hospitality mix.
voco Valladolid City (Valladolid, Castilla y León): Opening in 2026, voco Valladolid City will be an 80-room upscale hotel developed as a new build in the heart of Valladolid. Positioned minutes from the city’s nightlife, dining scene, and cultural attractions, the hotel marks IHG’s first entry into the Valladolid market. The project is being developed in partnership with Proyectos Inmobiliarios Rusell S.L and will be managed by Continuum Hotel Services.
Hotel Poseidon Playa – Extension (Benidorm, Comunidad Valenciana): Set to open in 2027, this major extension and upgrade will elevate Hotel Poseidon Playa to a superior 4-star category. The project includes the addition of new guest rooms and the construction of a brand-new hotel tower, bringing the total room count to 287. The development is designed by architects Carlos Teba Martin and Gemma Devesa Gasco, with Hoteles Poseidon overseeing management.
Radisson Collection Edificio Generali (Madrid): Planned to open in 2027, this 5-star luxury hotel will result from the conversion of Madrid’s historic Generali Building. The 154-room Radisson Collection property will feature a rooftop bar and restaurant offering panoramic views over the city, along with exclusive retail spaces on the ground floor showcasing premium brands.
