HENRI Country House Cuxhaven (Cuxhaven): Set in the historic Fischhallen V & VI at the Old Fishing Port, this 145-room hotel blends 1920s industrial charm with modern comfort. Developed by AFH GmbH and designed by Geplan Design, it includes a lounge, co-working spaces, family-friendly rooms, and a "house kitchen." The opening is planned for 2026.
Ruby Mainyard Frankfurt (Frankfurt): This 4-star hotel will open in late 2025 with 284 rooms across seven floors, including a unique rooftop terrace. Located in the vibrant Allerheiligenviertel district near Konstabler Wache, it offers excellent public transport links. Developed with ORT Group, Ruby Frankfurt promises style and convenience right in the city center.
Scandic Hotel Berlin (Berlin): This 214-room upper-upscale hotel near Kurfürstendamm is getting a fresh makeover, reopening in Q3 2026. It’ll feature modern meeting rooms, a restaurant, fitness center, and sauna. It will also be perfectly located for shoppers and business travelers alike. Hilton Munich Park Hotel (Munich): This 5-star hotel will reopen in 2029 after a full redevelopment as part of the Tucherpark project. Located next to the English Garden, it will feature 484 guestrooms, a rooftop restaurant and bar, expanded event space including a new ballroom and garden venue, enhanced wellness areas, and ground-floor retail. Developers: Commerz Real and Hines.
The Florentin (Frankfurt): Opening in November 2025, this 147-room luxury hotel by the Althoff Collection is a full refurbishment of the former Villa Kennedy. Set in the historic Villa Speyer, it will offer high-end suites, two restaurants, a bar, cigar lounge, wellness area, and a 320 m² presidential suite, positioning it as a new urban retreat in Frankfurt.
